Tourism Awareness Day
Junior High Beta Club students portray scenes pertaining to the history of the Natchez Trace and the town of Kosciusko during National Tourism Week in May. For more information phone (662) 289-2981.
A young Tadeusz Kosciuszko, namesake of town. Polish general who volunteered his talents as an engineer to help our country in it's quest for freedom during the Revolutionary War.
Kentuck Boatmen floated down the Mississippi River with their wares on flatboats. After selling their goods and dissasembling their boat, they sold the wood and headed home, walking on the Natchez Trace.
